NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. (2026) — Bay-Rama, Inc. is proud to announce its $150,000 donation to the City of New Baltimore to support the development of a new playscape at Maynard “RED” Aurand Memorial Park (52915 Huntley Ave, New Baltimore, MI, 48047). The project represents a significant investment in the community’s parks, families, and future, creating an exciting new recreational space for children and families to enjoy.
Bay-Rama President Eric Haydamack will join Mayor Tom Seeman and Parks and Recreation Director Adam Abraham for an upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony at Maynard Memorial Park, celebrating the new playscape and Bay-Rama’s $150,000 donation to the City of New Baltimore. The event will recognize this exciting investment in the community’s parks, children, and families. The event takes place Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, at 5 pm.
The playscape project reflects nearly two years of planning, research, contract negotiations, committee meetings, and collaboration. Through this investment, Bay-Rama is helping bring an accessible, engaging play environment to the community, offering children new opportunities to explore, climb, and play.
Designed for children ages 5-12, the playscape is specifically designed to provide physical health outcomes through active play at a variety of challenge levels. The playscape features a variety of challenges, a 12’ tower slide, and New Baltimore’s first rope climber.
“Bay-Rama has always believed in investing in the community that has supported our organization for generations,” said Eric Haydamack, President of Bay-Rama, Inc. “This playscape is an opportunity to create something lasting for New Baltimore’s children and families. We’re proud to partner with the City and Parks and Recreation Department to make this project possible.”
Maynard “Red” Aurand Memorial Park’s new playscape adds to the recreational opportunities available to New Baltimore residents and visitors. Bay-Rama is grateful to the City of New Baltimore and its Parks and Recreation Department for their partnership in bringing this project to life.
“The City of New Baltimore is incredibly grateful to Bay-Rama for their generous donation for the playscape project. This project is about more than just a place to play; it’s about creating opportunities for children to be active, build confidence, and challenge themselves through play. Bay-Rama’s continued investment in our community will have a lasting impact, and we are excited to see families enjoy this space for years to come,” said Adam Abraham, Director of New Baltimore Parks and Recreation.
